We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 7days from the day your parcel arrived.

Warranty Terms

Our 7 day return warranty starts from the day you receive our product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately. Warranty Process

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your email all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number or the product name. Then kindly follow these 3 steps:

1. Describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and the items outer packaging. For help with this, please call us or email our sales team. Phone: +84-918-866-310. Sales Team Email: [email protected]

2. Once we have reviewed all the details, we will arrange a return under the warranty RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

3. Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team.

Warranty Compensation

Items under the 7 days warranty should be returned with an RMA form provided by our sales Team, we will allow a return for a refund or an exchange for another item as long the item is unused with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping cost or resend you a free replacement item at our expense.

Warranty Exceptions

Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements are as follows:

1.   Used, Worn, Washed, Altered,  Dirty or Customer Damaged items

2.   Items with missing labels, tags and original packaging.

3.   Items sent in violation of our RMA instructions.
